SToK's fun and edgy brand wanted to get to know their clientele a little better. They had enrolled consumers into their email program but had not sent anything or built a database of information in order to be able to better target those who love their brand. Taking the brand's great textures and emojicons helped set the tone of the page. We then broke up the long list of questions in order to have a simple yet fun and user friendly UX. This not only helped completion rates but also a offered a simple way to reinforce the fun tone of the brand.
